If a question should arise, please feel free to call the office at any time during regular business hours.
- The receptionist or office staff member will take your name, phone number and a brief message and will pull your child’s chart for the physician and/or staff to review. Please give a second phone number if needed, and be sure to notify us if your call is urgent.
- We return calls as soon as possible. Please understand that calls may not be answered in the order received, but rather in the order of urgency.
- A member of the clinical staff, instead of the physician, may return your call. This is done as a convenience to you, so that you may get a response more quickly. All information given out by the staff originates with the physician and is documented in the child’s chart.
- Our website / e-mail addresses enable you to ask the staff members non-urgent questions as well. Please do not use the website for urgent problems.
